

This November, we’re inviting YOU to take part in YESvember – a month-long fitness challenge to raise funds and awareness for YES, while boosting your own health and wellbeing.
How it Works

Every day in November complete the YESvember daily challenge

At the start of each week you will receive 7 different sessions which will be a variation of running, boxing, core, rowing sessions.

All sessions are possible to do at home and created by top coaches from YES clubs.

Track your progress and share it with us on social media.
