This November, we’re inviting YOU to take part in YESvember – a month-long fitness challenge to raise funds and awareness for YES, while boosting your own health and wellbeing.

How it Works

  • Every day in November complete the YESvember daily challenge
     

  • At the start of each week you will receive 7 different sessions which will be a variation of running, boxing, core, rowing sessions.
     

  • All sessions are possible to do at home and created by top coaches from YES clubs.
     

  • Track your progress and share it with us on social media.
