For nearly 30 years, YES has been fighting for young people.
We’ve backed local clubs, youth centres and grassroots organisations across East London – creating safe, structured spaces where sport helps young people grow in confidence, discipline and purpose.
Sport transforms lives. But that transformation needs funding. And that’s where our latest campaign comes in, aiming to drive forward positive change, open minds, and build better support for young people who often go unheard.
Whilst the campaign is provocative, it is grounded in purpose. The powerful imagery and bold messaging are designed to spark important conversations and highlight real issues that many young people in the UK are facing today.
Shot by acclaimed photographer Nadav Kander – whose work includes TIME magazine covers of Barack Obama and Donald Trump, and exhibiting at the National Portrait Gallery – the campaign features Miguel and Bella from Islington Boxing Club. Their portraits embody the power of sport to unlock confidence, strength, and resilience.
We’ve called it The Good Fight because that’s what this is – a fight for the futures of young Londoners.
We need more people to know what we do. Because awareness leads to action. And action leads to lives changed through sport.
