Our mission is to support established clubs, charities, and youth centers by providing them with financial assistance to expand their reach and impact.
The Opportunity
Join our team as a Tech Support Volunteer and become an essential part of our mission to provide sports and recreational opportunities for at-risk young people in London. As a Tech Support Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring YES Charity has functional technology systems to execute on its mission. This role not only offers valuable experience but also empowers you to tap into your problem-solving potential and utilize your technology skills for a meaningful cause. Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of administration, collaboration, and file management systems within YES.
Provide ad-hoc tech support to our CEO, addressing any technology-related issues or concerns.
Research technologies utilized by other charities or similar organizations and propose relevant solutions to our CEO.
Qualifications
Passion for technology and a strong interest in exploring and implementing new solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a personal laptop.
London based
Time Commitment
Hours: 2 hours per week
Contract duration: 6 months
Format: Remote, with occasional in-person meetings/events
