Lisa Weston

Lisa is a Barrister and Mediator by profession with over 20 years experience in the Commercial, Finance and Property Sector. Lisa has developed an extensive contact list in her time in legal practice which has enabled her to build and develop several different business interests/projects over the years. Lisa is also the current President of the Caribbean Corporate Games which engages businesses, government, non-government and educational bodies to participate in games across different categories in the region.

Alongside her various professional commitments Lisa holds several non-exec and trustee roles, notably as Trustee of the World Dignity Project, Bright Horizons’ Foundation (Caribbean) and YES!

From a young age Lisa has herself enjoyed the benefit of Music and Sports Education, gaining a Performance Diploma on the piano (and teaching for a number of Years); Latin and Ballroom Dancing Half Blue from the University of Oxford (and competing at National level) and being the recipient of various sports awards (including athletics, rowing and swimming).

Lisa is passionate about helping young people achieve their true potential through the incredible benefits of participation in sport and is very excited to have joined the board of YES!
