Hee-Won Cho

Originally from Incheon, South Korea, Hee-Won is a marketer at kraft Heinz based in London. He studied mathematics at Oxford University and completed an art foundation at Central Saint Martins in London. Throughout his life abroad, sport has helped him meet new people and make friends. He played for the Oxford Blues rugby team at university and built lasting friendships through local clubs in Seoul, Rome and Warsaw during his work stints.

After settling in London for work, Hee-Won was keen to get involved in coaching and grassroots development. As a basketball enthusiast, he helped set up Hackney Jedis Basketball Club in 2014, now an established club within the community. He is excited to join the YES team to help bring the joys of sport to more young people in the beautiful city.
